Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our store or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and related policies.

2. Products & Pricing

We strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, inventory, and pricing but reserve the right to update or correct any errors. If an error or stock-out occurs, we will notify you promptly and assist with the resolution.

3. Orders & Payment

Please verify your shipping details and payment method before placing an order. All accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. All transactions are securely processed via third-party payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays). Shipping costs and times are shown at checkout. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 5  days to request a return or refund. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse our store or engage in fraudulent or disruptive activities. We are not responsible for losses caused by your own actions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content including images, texts, and trademarks are owned by us or licensed parties. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays or losses caused by force majeure or third parties such as carriers, but we will assist you in contacting the relevant parties.

9. Privacy

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be sold or disclosed to unrelated third parties.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Hong Kong SAR.
